We are now looking for a driven project leader/preparer in elevator technology for our client in Gothenburg!

About the position

In this role, you will lead and coordinate projects from the planning phase, through execution, and until completion. Your responsibility involves working closely with both internal teams and external customers to ensure that projects are carried out according to established timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.

As a project leader/preparer, you will lead and delegate tasks to technicians and subcontractors and play a central role in strengthening our client's position as a reliable and professional supplier. This is a hiring through Boost Technical Power with a good opportunity for takeover.

Who are we looking for?

You have several years of experience in leadership as well as experience in leading and driving projects. We believe that you have a technical education, at least at the high school level, with a focus on electrical engineering or mechatronics, and that you have a strong technical interest.

We are looking for a collaborative leader who is positive and unpretentious. You are also structured and meticulous, which is crucial for managing multiple projects simultaneously. Furthermore, you are flexible and enjoy taking on new challenges.
